WORLD RAILWAY DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH SOCIETY

世界軌道(dào)交通(tōng)發展研究會由中國(guó)鐵(tiě)道(dào)學會、中國(guó)地(dì)方鐵(tiě)路(lù)協會、中國(guó)城(chéng)市(shì)公共交通(tōng)協會、中國(guó)香港鐵(tiě)路(lù)學會、中國(guó)交通(tōng)運輸協會運輸與物(wù)流研究會、中國(guó)鐵(tiě)道(dào)科(kē)學研究院、住房(fáng)與城(chéng)鄉(xiāng)建設部地(dì)鐵(tiě)與輕軌研究中心、西(xī)南交通(tōng)大學、北京交通(tōng)大學、同濟大學、亞洲交通(tōng)運輸學會等單位聯合支持創辦的(de)首家(jiā)涵蓋國(guó)家(jiā)幹線鐵(tiě)路(lù)、地(dì)方鐵(tiě)路(lù)、城(chéng)市(shì)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)的(de)科(kē)研團體(tǐ)。研究會成員(yuán)由國(guó)家(jiā)、各省市(shì)、幹線鐵(tiě)路(lù)、城(chéng)市(shì)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)和(hé)國(guó)內(nèi)外(wài)相(xiàng)關企業(yè)的(de)領導者、決策者和(hé)研究者以及需要了解世界和(hé)中國(guó)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)發展現(xiàn)狀的(de)領導者、決策者和(hé)研究者組成。旨在記錄軌道(dào)交通(tōng)事(shì)業(yè)發展的(de)曆程，研究軌道(dào)交通(tōng)事(shì)業(yè)的(de)發展規律，推進中國(guó)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)事(shì)業(yè)的(de)建設與發展。

China Railway Society, China Local Railway Association, China Urban Public Transport Association, Hong Kong Railway Society, China Communications and Transportation Association Transport and Logistics Research Society,China Academy of Railway Sciences, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ministry of subway and LRT Research Center, Southwest Jiaotong University,Beijing Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Asian transportation Society jointly support. Our members are from countries, provinces and cities main line railway and urban rail transit. The leaders of policy makers and researchers at home and abroad enterprises who need to understand the world development of rail transport.

軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際合作(zuò)聯盟
INTERNATION COOPERATIVE OF CHINA RAIL INDUSTRY
　　軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際合作(zuò)聯盟由商務部投資促進事(shì)務局與世界軌道(dào)交通(tōng)發展研究會聯合組織發起。
 
　　為(wèi)貫徹落實國(guó)家(jiā)對(duì)外(wài)開(kāi)放(fàng)政策和(hé)“走出去(qù)”戰略，順應中國(guó)經濟的(de)全球化(huà)發展潮流，促進軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際合作(zuò)與雙向投資，提升産業(yè)國(guó)際化(huà)服務專業(yè)水(shuǐ)平，在有(yǒu)效利用商務部投資促進事(shì)務局的(de)國(guó)內(nèi)外(wài)投資促進網絡資源的(de)基礎上(shàng)，由商務部投資促進事(shì)務局牽頭，與有(yǒu)關國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)平台充分合作(zuò)，搭建“軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際合作(zuò)聯盟”(以下(xià)稱“聯盟”)，結合行業(yè)國(guó)際合作(zuò)發展需求，為(wèi)行業(yè)“引進來(lái)”和(hé)“走出去(qù)”提供集合多方力量的(de)公益性服務平台，促進我國(guó)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際化(huà)健康發展。
 
　　聯盟将以國(guó)家(jiā)産業(yè)政策為(wèi)導向，定位國(guó)際先進水(shuǐ)平，集聚産業(yè)相(xiàng)關的(de)各類具備較強國(guó)際競争力或發展潛力的(de)産業(yè)集群，開(kāi)展相(xiàng)關研究及商務活動，通(tōng)過資源整合、産業(yè)合作(zuò)，全面推動中國(guó)軌道(dào)産業(yè)“引進來(lái)”和(hé)“走出去(qù)”，為(wèi)中國(guó)軌道(dào)交通(tōng)産業(yè)國(guó)際化(huà)發展和(hé)整體(tǐ)産業(yè)水(shuǐ)平提升貢獻力量。
 
　　International Cooperation Committee of China Rail Industry was launched by Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce of P.R. China (CIPA) and World Railway Development and Research Society.
 
　　In order to implement the opening-up policy and the "going out" strategy, to conform to the trend of globalization of China's economy, to promote international cooperation and two-way investment in rail industry, to enhance the professional level of internationalization service in rail industry, International Cooperation Committee of China Rail Industry was founded, led by CIPA. The committee cooperates with relevant rail industry platforms domestic and abroad. It is a non-profit organization with many forces, providing service to the “bringing-in”and“going-out”of China rail industry to promote a globally healthy development of it.
 
　　The committee will be guided by the national industrial policies, gather all kinds of industrial clusters with strong competitiveness or development potential, conduct relevant research and business activities, fully promote the “bringing-in”and“going-out”of China rail industry through the integration of resources and industrial cooperation, contribute to the internationalization and promotion of China rail industry.
光(guāng)伏技(jì)術智庫
Photovoltaic Technology Think Tank

　　技(jì)術智庫是光(guāng)伏技(jì)術人(rén)員(yuán)的(de)根據地(dì)，光(guāng)伏實戰技(jì)術的(de)大學校(xiào)。由光(guāng)伏技(jì)術領軍人(rén)物(wù)帶頭表達技(jì)術觀點，發布技(jì)術文(wén)章(zhāng)，與光(guāng)伏産業(yè)技(jì)術精英共同探讨技(jì)術發展、評書(shū)産業(yè)化(huà)成績、分析技(jì)術發展趨勢、預判研究重點與産業(yè)發展方向。
 

　　The technology think tank （PVTT）is a base for photovoltaic technicians， a school for  practical  technique. Here, leading characters express ideas, publish article, they can also discuss the development of technology, review the industrialization result, analyze the development trend of technology, predict and judge the research focus and industry development direction with elites.
